Wolfs Lodging ~ Nearly a hundred years old this three story brick Inn was built by the Wolf family who operated it as a tourist home for over 30 years. In the age before big chain hotels and motels Wolf’s Lodging was a popular place to stay for weary motorists traveling south on Business Route 15. When Wolf’s eventually closed it was sold and turned into a private residence. It was purchased again in 2003 with a vision for what has now become the Raphael Inn. It exhibits the personal tastes of the new owners and Innkeepers George and Alexandra Escalera. Raphael Inn has been cited by former guests as being unique as well as comfortable. It is the ideal setting for romance with its Paris Cafe dining room and the over all ambiance of the Inn.
